Professional Experience and Training

For more than 13 years, J. Luis Ruiz, D.D.S. & Associates has provided outstanding dentistry and customer service to the Valley and Studio Districts. The practice's convenient Burbank location helps cosmetic dentist J. Luis Ruiz, D.D.S. assist patients from Glendale, Beverly Hills, and throughout the Los Angeles area.

Dr. Ruiz completed his cosmetic training at the UCLA School of Dentistry in 1992, and he continues to update his skills with nearly 200 hours of advanced training annually in a variety of dental specialties, including laser dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, and periodontics. In fact, Dr. Ruiz was recently named one of the "Top 100 Clinicians" in continuing education in the United States by Dentistry Today.

He is also a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a Member of the International Association of Orthodontics, a Member of the Academy of Osseointegration, and an Honorary Staff Member of St. Joseph's Hospital.

Experienced cosmetic dentist J. Luis Ruiz, D.D.S. has published numerous articles on the latest in dental techniques in prestigious journals. In addition, Dr. Ruiz is a clinical instructor for the USC School of Dentistry and served as Course Director for the school's Advanced Esthetic Dentistry Continuum 2004. He also teaches and lectures internationally on esthetic dentistry and his makeovers have been featured on a number of television programs.
